CANYON RICHES: FIRST IMPRESSIONS
Canyon Riches will be fully released on the 2nd April 2025. However, due to our positive relationship with AvatarUX, we have been given access to an early play of Canyon Riches.
Overall, we made a rather big loss playing Canyon Riches, but we were able to sample everything about this slot including its lucrative free spins bonus game and various features.
The key to hitting the biggest wins is by getting into the bonus game and triggering the persistent expanding rows. There are two bonus games, one with 10 spins and one with 15 free spins. The TNT symbol will activate another row, the game begins with three rows which can expand up to six. However, during the bonus game, if you expand a row then it will stay expanded for the duration of the bonus game.
There is also a multiplier during the bonus game which you will see at the top left of the reels. We only managed to hit a 3x multiplier during the bonus game, however.
CANYON RICHES FEATURES
There are some nice features in Canyon Riches including expanding reels, a progressive multiplier and Wild takeovers. We do wish it had cascading reels which would potentially turn Canyon Riches into a top 10 UK slot, but the features are good nonetheless.
LOCKED ROWS AND TNT BOOSTER
Landing TNT symbols will unlock more rows which increase the number of paylines/ways to win. Once a spin ends, rows will revert to normal. During the bonus game, any unlocked rows will stay unlocked for the duration of the free spins. In addition, unlocked rows increase the global multiplier which paves the way for even bigger wins.
COLLECTOR PICKAXE AND CASH VALUE GOLDEN NUGGESTS
Land a pickaxe symbol together with any number of nugget symbols will grant you its face reward with instant cash prizes. Mystery nuggets which are revealed will reward you with multipliers of 2x, 3x or 5x.
BONUS GAME
